ZATSUMI is an initiative to help small, local businesses in Japan with marketing, everyday operations and communication across languages.
We are designing workflows that use the Claude API for multilingual drafts and localization, with people reviewing facts, tone and important details before anything is published or sent.
Our longer-term aim is to let Japanese-speaking business owners serve overseas customers with a workflow that feels familiar. This service is currently at the concept and validation stage.
